About Sheila Bryan

Sheila Bryan has always had a passion for numbers! Sheila attended college in pursuit of her accounting degree and started her financial career in 1988. In 1992 Sheila proudly became a loan officer at KeyStone Mortgage. KeyStone Mortgage is where the proud relationship and team work began for the current Cobalt Mortgage Management Team and Founders.

A majority of the Cobalt’s Founders including Sheila Bryan have worked side by side together as a team since 1992. Since that time Sheila has been a leader and innovator of this team. Her integrity, drive and passion compelled her peers and colleagues to seek her advice and expertise. In 2001, Sheila Bryan was requested from her peers to found a new company, HomeStone Mortgage which is now Cobalt Mortgage.

During Sheila’s entire career in the mortgage industry she has put forth only those actions that best personify integrity, pride and teamwork in our company and community. Sheila has been providing clients with financing solutions for over 19 years.  She recognizes that no two loans are alike.  Each client has unique life goals, portfolios and financing needs which will be addressed. As a team, we understand it is vital to keep open lines of communication between all parties throughout the loan process. Together we will eliminate any uncertainty by educating and updating throughout the transaction.
